Complimentary Tourist Tax : This mandatory fee per night and per adult is normally paid to the local authorities. I offer it to you for free. (Standard rates: Maison Suzanne (3★): €0.80 and Maison Carmen (4★): €1.20).

Personalized Pricing : I offer sliding scale rates tailored to your needs :
- Extended Stays: Discounts starting from the 4th night.

Special offers

Business Stopover (Soirée Étape) :

From Monday to Thursday (excluding July and August), take advantage of a preferential rate for your business trips.

Solo Traveler : € 90 (instead of €100).

"Solo Mom" Offer :

€10 discount on the first night.

Because traveling alone with children deserves a helping hand, I offer a special discount for mothers traveling solo with 1 or 2 children.

Pet welcome package

Package stay: €20 (deposit of €150 from 3 nights).

Free for assistance dogs.

This package is a guarantee to encourage responsible pet ownership. Even with very responsible owners, welcoming a pet invariably requires extra cleaning time and additional equipment (covers, cushions) to ensure impeccable hygiene.

Electric vehicle charging station

Price: €0.40 / kWh.

Please bring your charging cable and book in advance, subject to availability.

Late Check-out

Do you want to enjoy the house for longer?

Package up to 12 hours: €15 (can be booked in advance).
Package until 1 p.m.: €20 (can be booked in advance).

Booking and payment details

To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, here is how I manage your reservations :

1) Confirmation Upon receiving your request, we will discuss your specific needs together, and I will block your dates on the calendar.

2) Sending of Documents I will send you a summary of your stay via email (which serves as your contract) as well as your Welcome Guide, which includes the house rules.

3) Validation Simply reply to the email with the phrase "Confirmed and agreed" (or "Bon pour accord"). This confirms your acceptance of the terms and validates your booking.

4) Payment Terms The payment deadline depends on your booking date :

More than 10 days before arrival : Full payment is due at least 10 days before your stay. If payment is not received by this time, the dates will unfortunately be released for re-rental.
Between 3 and 10 days before arrival : Immediate payment is required to guarantee and finalize the booking.
Less than 72 hours before arrival : Payment is made on-site, immediately upon your arrival at the Estate.

5) Payment Methods (Secure via SumUp) For your convenience, I use the secure SumUp payment solution:

Remote Payment : You will receive a payment link via SMS or email. Simply click the link to pay by credit/debit card. Payment is instant and guarantees your reservation. An automatic transaction receipt will be sent to you by SumUp.
On-site Payment : Payment can be made by card (contactless or chip) or via smartphone using the payment terminal.

6) Security Deposit A security deposit is required for groups (booking of both houses) and for stays of three nights or more. The amount is determined based on the type of reservation.

7) Invoicing In addition to the immediate payment receipt, I will send your final paid invoice in PDF format via email after your stay.
